 Reviewing of shop drawings
 Ensuring compliance with contracts design and specification requirements
 Monitoring of site activities.
 Supervision and coordination of project implementation.
 Interpreting contract drawing and specifications
 Ensuring sufficient resources are allocated
 Electromechanical coordination
 Records and control of production documentation
 Control of requisition, revision of construction material.
 Responsible for the quality of work carried out by all site personnel under my control including subcontractors and suppliers
 Follow up and updating of construction program
 Preparation of material take-off
