At present working as Safety Officer in Combat Support Associates (CSA,Ltd), in US Army Base, (Kuwait) since Oct 2006.
Served in Indian Air Force for 20 years and completed the engagement on 28 Feb 2006. Performed duties of Supervisor (Safety Department) and having sound knowledge in operation and maintenance of all types of Crash Fire Tenders, Fire Fighting & Rescue equipments. The following duties performed as a Safety Officer :- Preparing appropriate Safety requirements for inclusion in work method statement., Ensuring proper maintenance, calibration and operation of all safety equipments., Advising employees on potential hazards at work site, leading hazard analysis and risk assessments., Ensuring site Security, Fire, First Aid and welfare facilities and procedures appropriate to the works are provided and properly maintained., Ensuring all agreed safety standards and applicable regulations are observed., Carrying out and records regular safety inspections at site and prepare Audit check lists and Reports(weekly/monthly). Assisting and participating in site safety training., Investigating all accidents and dangerous occurrences., Reporting for any accident in the project related to personnel, equipments, materials, constructed facilities and third party etc…
Also worked as a Computer Operator and Hardware Technician in various Air Force Installations.
