Electrical Engineer Experience in Design of Substation and Power Plant

CONSULTANT/ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

- Responsible for the review of the design of the substation and transmission line project technical specifications including preparation of Technical Specifications Package of the Bidding/Contracting Documents for the project.
- Prepares and evaluates contract documents, technical and economic detail of estimates, work orders, bidding documents, contractor’s offers for the proposed new power plant, substation and transmission and expansion works related to the project.
- Evaluates Pre-qualification package submitted by manufacturers, vendors and/or contractors based on the company requirements on materials, engineering and construction standards.
- Conduct site and plant inspection, assessment of the scope of work and supply of the new substation and transmission line projects aligned for construction, rehabilitation/reinforcement and or expansions
- Conduct field inspection and provide recommendation on the proposed projects sites or work-on-progress to look into where problem arise in connection with the design implementation, specification deviation and equipment failures.
