 I am having more than 18 Years of Relevant Experience in structural welding inspection, Dimensional verification and Piping inspection of the EPC projects related to offshore and onshore Construction field for various Projects consisting of FPSO, FSO Topside modules and Turret fabrication and integration, and new built oil rigs (Jack¨Cup Rig and Semi submersible), Pipe lay barges and Sub sea Equipments such as Wellhead & Christmas tree, Drill-Through, Manifold, Raisers , Pressure vessels ,Storage Tanks , Power Piping, Process Piping related to OIL/GAS sectors, Petrochemicals, Refineries and Fertilizer Plant in esteemed organization at India, Indonesia, Qatar, Oman, U.A.E, Bahrain, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan & China

Duties includes but not limited to supervise, co-ordinate, inspects, verify and perform the following:
• Material-traceability, Fit-up, Dimensional-inspection, line-walk, hydro, Pneumatic-test ,reinstatement Material control, NDT, PMI, Destructive-Test, Post weldtreatment,Flusing,Drying,Tightnesstest,NitrogenPurging,Chemicalcleaning,
• Document control, Test packs Reviewing. Inspection activities of before, during and after welding. Third party line walk punch clearing.
• Ensure to perform the team of Project QA/QC Inspectors to monitor the required QA/QC activities in compliance with Project Specification and Confirm parties to the work are complying with contract and functional specifications.

• Reviewing Project inspectors¡¯ deliverables, analyzing and resolving issues and problem emerging during the Quality control activity. Ensuring that all inspections and test witnessed by Project Inspectors are recorded and documented and NDE reports are reviewed and signed
• Monitoring visual, In process and final inspection activities at different stages as per required WPS to meet customer requirements.
• Monitoring and Witnessing for the required Welding Procedure Qualification (PQR) test and Welder Qualification (WQT) test for required As-Run / As Built Welding parameters to meet WPS requirements.
