The incumbent is searching for challenging information technology project management engagements in the Oil & Gas requiring experience, know-how, and skilled liaisons amongst senior management, stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors.

Over five years engaged in projects with DELL requiring leadership in Transition Management in a matrix management environment using ITIL, knowledge management, performance metrics and chargeability, systems and business analysis, vendor/suppliers negotiation and monitoring, P&L control, and sensitive customer relationships. Most recent positions involved the Transition Management of CMO (Current Mode of Operation) to a FMO (Future Mode of Operations) model for Dell as the prime contractor for Asset Management and Helpdesk, Break-Fix services for hardware/software, IMAC-D (Installations, Moves, Additions, Changes, Disposal), ITIL Asset Management, involving multi-vendor suppliers and third party partnerships for service delivery.

Experience with the Project Management for the analysis, design, and implementation of Upstream Processes within the Refinery Oil & Gas including: Oil revenue accounting (yield accounting), Tank Inventory System, Safety Valve Inspection System, Fixed Equipment Inspection System, and Oil Shipping Monitoring System, working with Kuwait Oil Refinery and Shell Oil Refinery.

Over 10 years of experience in IT with a primary focus on Project Management for information technology Transition engagements with special emphasis in: Business Development, Consulting, Outsourcing, Vendor Management, Transition & Transformation management, PMO, Infrastructure Systems Engineering, acting as a single-point-of-contact for management, team members, customers, partners, vendors, and suppliers. Managing SOW, SLA, SLO, Master Agreements, performance metrics, and performance reporting.
