Want to associate my Technical Skills with an oil and Gas Company in the capacity of PROCESS /UTILITIES OPERATOR.

 Responsible for the status monitoring of the following:

 Poly Reactor Status: Zero Hour, Recovery time ( starting recovery time and end of recovery), stage of recovery, pressure reading (main and secondary), temperature status, reactor tags and padlocks at man way, bottom valves, manual venting valves, leakage check-up (all inlet and outlet valves), mercoid switch alarm and sensors (thermocouple and thermoils)

 Blend Tank Status: Product type, slurry level, slurry transfer status, agitator’s status (driving motor and agitator’s running condition)

 Entrainment Separators: Status, Content, filling water used (filtered fiber water), seal water level, Vacuum condition, valve alignments, and leakages check-up

 Vent Condenser: Pressure, Temperature, Manual Venting, Valves status (leak-free), pneumatic valves and air supply, sensors effectivity

 Vilter Unit: Chilled/Cooling Water pressure and temperature, suction and discharge pressure/temperature, oil pressure, driving motor and unit’s running condition.

 Pump Status: Vacuum pump (east/west), oil pump, Cold DM pump (east/west), Hot DM pump (east/west), Seal Booster pump (east/west), RVCM pump (east/west), FVCM pump (east/west), slurry transfer pump (from reactor and entrainment separators), BT-BT slurry transfer pump, check oil bottle levels, suction and discharge pressure, water supply for mechanical seal, cooling water, running condition (abnormalities, unusual sound, leakages fan obstruction)

• Prepared Entrainment Separators for Recovery of unreacted VCM
• Prepared Recovery system

• Prepared chemicals for production
• Prepared and cleaned reactor prior to charging
• Prepared and cleaned Blend tanks for change of products
• Checked valve alignments prior to recovery
• Checked valve alignments prior to slurry transfer
• Checked valves, lines, reactors, pumps and tanks leakages
• Checked clogs on valves and de-clogged
• Took samples of product, water from RMT for laboratory analysis
• Assisted Poly Lead Operator
