Professional Officer in the SA Air Force commanding various positions in Operations, Training and Communications. Involved in human development since 1979. During this public service term in the command-line, I served in various capacities to gain management and administration experience in a variety of functional management areas including operations, Communications and public relations, Human resources development, executive management.

1995 – 2008 Business Management consultant providing a complete business management consultancy service to a full spectrum of medium, small and large businesses to improve profit performance, sustainability and long term survival.

*Application of executive management and behavioral techniques to implement organizational change, improve productivity and profitability of organizations.

*Development agent for new venture establishment and facilitation of economic development strategies for the West Coast region.
