information in the view of PROMIS Project.
- Supervise the team of surveyor all over Pakistan by solving their
problems during fields work.

- Assist project manager in organization of workshops and seminars.
- Assist Project manager in development an effective and logistical
arrangement for delivery of equipment all over the country.
- Responsible for smooth and secure delivery of IT, Communication and
furniture equipments.
- Monitor the operations of the project by area offices.
- Ensure the maintenance of project records of all provinces including
key supporting information.
- Supervision of survey activities as well as taking care of all the
Stake holders.
- Have been assigned the responsibility of Team Mentor.
- As Team Mentor it was my duty to give a brief introduction of Diallog
Broadband and the work environment to the new inductees in the survey
department.
- To give proper guidance to the entire Supervisors and brief them on how to deal with surveyor if any shortfall occurs.
