Occupational Health Manager. Responsibilities:
Lead, coordinate and supervise with Human Resources Manager, ASHI Manager and Medical External Consultants the evaluation and execution of the Occupational Medicine Program and The Medical Assistance Activities of the company.
Plan, organize, administer and manage all Health, Safety and Emergency Medical Response Operations including management of budget, personnel, supplies, equipment, structures and compliance/enforcement of regulations, policies and procedures alignment with corporate policies and management standards.
Ensure that effective risk management programmes are developed, to identify hazards and their effects, and takes necessary measures to reduce those identified risks.
Carries out studies on Occupational Health matters related to the corporation activities and sets goals and objectives to continuously improve the overall operational performance in line with corporate policies and management standards.
Plans and coordinate the provision of adequate safety and accident prevention coverage throughout the various operational areas.
Participate in the operational area activity audits, accident investigations, facility inspections and safety meetings.
Coordinate and lead health and safety activities providing strategic advice on all aspects of company-wide health issues as requested and focusing on prevention through health risk identification and health monitoring, as well as appropriate responses.
Supervise and review day to day activities including external appointments, emergency attention, evaluation of the registered cases in the local medical centers, daily log with the information of the accidents and diseased cases, monthly morbidity report with the respective epidemic analysis, recommendations and documentation to compliance with the labor and health laws.
