Professional Experience
Financial Management
-Prepare project cash flow budgets, cash flow budgets sensitivity analysis, income statements, balance sheet and other management reports on stocks, cash and bank reconciliations, assets, accounts payables and receivables.
-Supervise the maintenance of ledgers and control accounts, payroll, petty cash accounts, stocks register, assets register and other subsidiary books of accounts.
-Compute taxes; statutory deductions and filling of annual returns
-Liaising with the external Auditor pre, during and after Audit and ensuring successful implementation of Audit recommendations.
- Report and advice to the managing Director on the same.
Project Management
-Co-ordinate the master planning; house designs and schedules, design of civil engineering infrastructure works, design of the residential development procurement process, sustainability, NEMA, Ministry of Lands and Local Authority planning processes in connection with the submission of planning applications and consents.
-Co-ordinate the initial project feasibility studies, geological surveys, land valuation surveys and hydrological survey and design of the construction technology (Aluminium formwork)
-Prepare the project budget cash flows and with the financial institutions structure, negotiate and organise construction finance,
-Co-ordinate development of consultant’s briefs, selection and appointment of the project team, advice on performance bonds and contractor all risk insurance and professional indemnity insurance, procurement and evaluation of tenders and selection of contractors.
-Together with the Quantity Surveyor, prepare bill of quantities for houses constructed and for the infrastructure.
- Monitor and control admin costs, House construction costs, infrastructure costs and machine costs by comparing actual costs against Budgets, bill of quantities and the Valuation Certificates
- Website and database management with over 4,000 clients

Eductation
I’m a holder of Bachelor of Education-Mathematics and Economics, certified public accountant II, and a diploma in Human Resources Management.
Working Experience: IFRSs, IASs, SAP-Business one and ERP-QuickBooks Enterprise Solution 2008, QuickBooks Online Edition, Peachtree Sage complete Accounting 2008, Pastel Enterprise, and Oracles Financials
