Professional Experience
Provide supervision for 24-hour workover and well servicing operations including completion, reactivation, fishing, cementing, isolation, cleaning, perforating, stimulation and well control. Intimate knowledge of fishing tools, service tools, artificial lifting systems and trouble shooting techniques for oilfield support equipment.
-Supervision of rig crews and well servicing contractors
-Training of WO&WS Department personnel.
-HSE inspections, enforcement and reporting.
-Liaise between Manager and subordinates.
-Organize and plan equipment requirements for day-to-day operations
-Provide accurate and timely reports to WO Superintendent also tracking well reports
-Participate in job planning.
-Troubleshoot work over and well servicing equipment.
-Responsible for well control and well conditions.
