1. Person-In-Charge for all the Two Years Operational Spare Parts materials. Receiving and checking of all two years operational spare parts for Piping, Equipment, Instrument and Electrical materials. Prepare Receiving Inspection Request (RIR) for QC Inspector. Prepare Material Exception Report if found any damage on material or if there is any discrepancy between the packing list and the material received and submit to (Client) Petro Rabigh for final approval. Person in-charge for the storage location and documentation of all the received two years operational spare parts.

3. Receiving the materials, checking against the shipping documents and the Purchase Order, initiating the Material Receiving Report relevant documentation, performed material shortage, and Damage Report. requisition and issuing.


4. Assign at Steel Structure materials for receiving and issuance. Receiving of materials from the shipment and immediately check if there is any discrepancy from the packing list.

2. To request the materials from the workplan according to the priority area of the project.

3. Responsible for the collection of workplan,tools and consumable materials to be use for fabrication and erection.
4. Responsible for the storage, safekeeping and proper arrangement of materials, tools and construction equipment.
5.Prepare a material stock inventory and other report and record requirement prescribed and submitted to material manager.
