Professional Experience

Industry: construction in Oil & Gas Sector.
Role: Technical / QC Mechanical Coating Inspector.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct inspection activities of piping and structure for Gas Oil Separation Plant, in accordance to special work procedures and Saudi ARAMCO quality control system (SAES, SATIP, SAIC ....) and other applicable international standards.
Evaluate corrosion requirements of piping systems repairing and new constructed, and estimate the required coating and corrosion protection materials accordingly.
Raise RFI to QMIS before any work and prepare daily and weekly progress report.
Issue proactive and internal NCR for any violation from project construction specification at site and workshop.
Supervision and monitoring Coating workshop and report the daily productivity to construction manager, and coordinate with construction crews and project planner to perform the coating activities due to construction priorities.
Furnish inspection activities with all instruments (thermometer, hygrometer, thickness gauge, profile gauge, and holiday detector) and calibrating before use.
Shipping, Handling, and Storage in manner that avoids paint and coated structures of damage.
• Duration from Sep-2005 till dec-2007,I worked with general company for hydro projects in Syria as maintenance engineer ,I was one of team work in detection the defects in all heavy trucks including coating repair in the project
• On 2003, during summer holiday, I worked with Baker centre lift ESP as a trainer or operator.
I followed the following subjects under Supervision ESP eng:
- Introduced to ESP workshop
- Make up ESP.
- Operating & maintenance program.
RIH & POOH ESP completion equipment on work over rigs.
- Summer trainee (Jun/2004- Sep/2004)on AFPC work over rig
- Understandings of drilling operation while you maintain it safe.
- Familiar with different types of rig (work over and drilling) and their operating units.
Eductation
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering (design & production), Aleppo University 2005.
- Experience certificate in work and test of materials in unit of technology and heat treatment
at Aleppo university under Dr Samir Akta supervision.
- BGAS-CSWIP grade 3, Coating Inspector, UK, Bahrain , valid till 2013.
-Saudi Aramco Approved, Mechanical Coating Inspector 2008,
Certification
