I was employed by my current employer in 2004 as a Hotel Paramedic, to be part of a Paramedic team to deal with medical emergencies and day to day illnesses of Guests and staff within the Hotel and Office Towers. Subsequently as the workload increased I was promoted to Paramedic Team Leader of the entire property.

Below is some strategic changes which I initiated and implemented to enhance effectiveness of the highly trained team I lead.

 Created a first aid training program for all staff, employed on the property.

 A Health Surveillance program was developed and implemented.

 Implemented a medical scenario based training program for paramedics, to enhance their skill base.
