TO PROVIDE ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND SUPPORT TO ALL PERSONNEL, FRONT LINE SUPERVISORS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TEAM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE COMPANY PROCEDURES AND STATUTORY REGULATION TO ACHIEVE FREE INJURY/ ZERO INCIDENT TARGET

Over twenty years of extensively working experienced in Safety, Health, Environmental and Security (SHES) Management System in the oil and gas industries and major project construction, on-shore and off-shore.
Eleven years (1985 – 1996) as a regular permanent employee for Mobil Oil Indonesia Inc. (a multi-national oil & gas company) which located in Arun Gas Fields, Lhoksukon, North Aceh, Indonesia, with the last position was Project Safety Coordinator, as a member of Project Management Team.
On the rest 12 years, 6 years working onshore in major Oil & Gas Pipelines and Ammonia Plant project construction, with the position of Project Safety Superintendents, Coordinators, and Managers. And the rest 6 years are working in offshore companies, with 3 years working overseas.

1985 – 1987 (Fully Two Years) Mobil Apprenticeship Training Programs (Apprenticeship Diploma American Standard), Group VII. Subject: Fire & Safety Inspector.Subject Studied: First Year- English Language, Science, Mathematics, Gas Process Technology, Mechanical Technology, Electrical Technology, Instrumentation Technology, Workshop Practices. And,
Second year- Specific Subject to Fire & Safety knowledge.

2007 Helicopter Aviation Fire & Rescue Course, PJC Company in-house Dauphin 365NS & Bell 412 Helicopters Fire & Rescue theory & practical training course for Offshore HD60 Vessel Helideck Crews, conducted in line with the Total Indonesia Affiliate SOP’s & (DGAC) Director General of Air Communications Helideck Crew Regulations.
2007 Helicopter Landing Officer (HLO), conducted by MSTS ASIA SDN BHD. Malaysia. Sponsored by Hyundai Heavy Industries Co. Ltd.
2007 Basic Offshore Safety and Emergency Training (BOSET), conducted by PT. Mitra Archipelago Investment, Marine & Offshore Group. Sponsored by PT. Komaritim, a Stolt Offshore Company. Training Module : HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training), Introduction to Sea Survival. Basic Life Support. Basic Fire Fighting. Breathing Apparatus.

*Have working knowledge, capable and qualified in using all fire and safety appliances, including fixed firefighting and fire detection system equipment, fire fighting technique, water & foam deluge system and making equipment, fire water pumps, gaseous fire suppression systems, fire water networks including fire water hydrants and monitors,
*Have experience in offshore emergency rescue techniques and emergency team leadership.
*Have experience in offshore emergency procedure including means of escape from offshore installation.
*Have experience with helicopter operation in offshore installation including fire and rescue procedures.
*Have knowledge of environmental awareness, including the use of SOPEP equipment on sea pollution and clean-up techniques.
*Have knowledge of radioactive sources and Radiography protection.
*Proven ability to conduct theoretical and practical HSE training for field personnel as well as contractors.
*Proven ability to instruct others on the working of Fire, Safety and Rescue equipment.
*Ability to develop and set up formal training sessions and written lesson plans.
