An ISO-9001 certified company manufacturing Epichlorohydrin (ECH), Allyl Alcohol (AAL)

Duties and responsibilities:
To involve in commissioning of Epichlorohydrin plant including utilities, Ensuring high safety standards in the plant by continuously applying initiatives like compliance of PPE’s, being an ISO 9001 Lead auditor to do audit of all departments, Training Saudi nationals

Key Performance Areas: Production Supervision, Trouble shooting & solving bottlenecks, Coordination with service department, Reduce By-Product Generation, Preventive Maintenance, Start-up & shutdown Schedule, Monitor the trend of KPIs.

Process Overview:
Propylene vaporiser, Reactor, Hydrolysis, AAL purification, CO2 removal section, Chlorination with Reactors, HCl Stripper, DCH purification, Saponificaiton Reactor, ECH purification

2. 10th Nov.,’05 - 30th Nov.,’07 with M/s TATA Chemicals Ltd as an Assistant Manager
An ISO-9002, ISO-14001, certified company manufacturing Caustic Soda, Hydrochloric Acid(HCl),
Sodium hypochlorite, Liquified Chlorine, Soda Ash, Sodium Bicarbonate, Cement & Edible Salt

Duties and responsibilities:
Production Supervision, Trouble shooting & Rectification, Coordination with service department, Reduce By-Product Generation, Preventive Maintenance, Start-up & shutdown Schedule, TQM, TPM, maintain the record of COQ, OEE, Six Sigma and involve to prepare FMEA, HAZOP, DeMMI, DeMAIC, SEDAC, RCA, JSA.

Process Overview:
Salt Saturation, Reactor, Clarification, Filtration, Adsorption, Electrolysis, Cl2 Dryers, Cl2 Compression, Cl2 liquefaction, H2 compression, HCL furnace, Cl2 absorption
CSTR, Mixer, Stripper, Absorption, Distillation.

3. June,’04 – Nov.,’05 with M/s DCM Shriram Alkali & Chemicals ltd. as a Shift Engg.
Working as a Shift Engg. in following unit: Chlor Alkali plant along with Flacker plant
