Materials Coordinator
•Plans and controls materials and spares required for Rotating and Static Equipments for Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Jobs, Gathering Station Shutdown and Flow Lines Maintenance.
•Reviews all Purchase Requisitions (PRs) prior to ordering to ensure it is not a stock item.
•Maintains and updates equipment service kit list of spares for M6, Y1 and Y3 service.
•Monitors stock levels in Store and recommend increasing the stock level as necessary to avoid downtime or oil deferment.
•Visits Gathering Stations and evaluate spares recommended by technicians to be carried in stock.
•Identifies obsolete stocks and recommend for write-off.
•Controls Standby Equipment or Insurance Spares e.g. Turbines, Gas Producers, Gas Compressors, Rotors, Gearbox etc.
•Maintains ONO/45Y Store and conducts regular stock checking versus physical inventory.
•Evaluates all field materials and spare parts for specification prior to SAP Coding in order to procure and carry in stock.
•Utilizes surplus materials prior to order from warehouse/supplier etc. especially for Flow Line Maintenance e.g. hook-up replacement.
•Trains Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument and Production Supervisors in SAP Material
