Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Controls budget for projects
• Preparation of monthly cost reports
• Monitoring of project cost in a dynamic environment coordinating with contractors, Project Managers, Construction managers, Construction coordinators and Project engineers and Estimators.
• Preparation of different Cost reports using SAP front end reporting system
• Management of Planning and forecast for ongoing sustainable projects
• Preparation of forecasts, impact of changes on cost and schedule
• Updating of time schedules using P3 & SAP
• Preparation and presentation of monthly cash flow repots
• Preparation of PCN logs for projects and updating forecasts
• Representing Projects controls department stewardship meetings with higher management
