I have worked as junior engineer and operations superintendant at one of the hydro power plants for five years. Then I was transfered as field engineer in test and commissioning team of the power company for 5 years. I have also worked as reginal high voltage network operaion manager for 6 years and regional distribution systems head for 1.5 years. For 2 years I have worked as regional department director in the powercompany.
Eductation
Masters degree in power engineering fro the Beylorussian Politechnic Institute (Former USSR, Beylorussia Republic, Minsk) in 1979.
