„« Inspection of welding of piping and fabricated structures for dimension and visual defects.
„« Witnessing of NDT as well as stress releasing (SR).
„« Inspection during welding ,on welding and after welding
„« Providing clarification of specifications to vendors.
„« Review of vendor quality plan / inspection and test plans.
„« Review of vendor data / drawings.
„« Review of WPS for the welding process.
„« Reviewing all Inspection Non-Conformance Reports, and seek resolution.
„« Reading Engineering Drawings, Specifications, Codes & Standards.
„« Involved in the Refinery Project activities like Construction, Fabrication, and Erection.
„« Materials cutting plans are prepared for profile plates section to minimize the wastage.
„« Before allotting the work order to a particular team critical points are identified so as to avoid any bottlenecks in the future, activities involved are than arrange in a sequence order time calculation is done, so as to assess approximately completion date
