Distillation unit including Pre-Flash Tower, Fractionator, Heat Exchanger, Furnaces, Centrifugal Pumps, HSD Stripper, Light-Naphtha Stripper, Heavy Naphtha Stripper
Utilities including Boiler, Compressor, Cooling Tower. Furnace Operation.
Tank Form (loading, off-loading)

Coordination with managers and engineers in problem solving at the plant.
To control the plant according to all operational aspects.
Work permits issuance for hot and cold work.
Read P and ID and PFD of the plant.
Allow to do the work according to safety rules and regulation.
Emergency handling in order to save the equipment and plant life.
Start-up and Shut-Down of Distillation unit.
Prepared procedures for evacuate the system.
Prepared Punch List for start-up.
Keep watching regularly machinery of the plant and making a schedule of maintenance.
