-Implementation of tight control on subcontractors, risk assessment, method statements in place prior commencement of work. Experience gained in major worldwide shipyards.
-Fluent English language skills in read write and speak.
-Good Russian language skill in read, write and speak with prospect of being fluent in short experience period of time.
-Fair Spanish language skill in read, write and speak.
-Able to lead and develop a team of engineers
