Professional Experience
During my career as a Technician of corrosion for SONATRACH (National Petroleum Company) I have been worked in performing:
- Routine operation and monitoring of chemical treatments in the Production of Petroleum and Gas Plant including Demulsifiers, Corrosion Inhibitor, & Biocide injection.
- Bacterial Inoculation Procedure.
- Collection and laboratory analysis of water and other samples from production wells, pipelines, separators etc. recording results, preparation and issuing of reports.
- Visual inspection & Ultrasonic Examination of pipelines, separators, tanks…etc.
- Cathodic Protection Monitoring.
- Oil quality control: (Salinity, BS&W, Reid Vapor Pressure.)
- Demulsifier Bottle-Test.
- Analysis for corrosion control (iron, pH, CO2, O2…).
Eductation
I have been awarded:
- a diploma of University’s Applied Studies (Bac +3) in Chemical Engineering,
- a diploma of University’s Applied Studies (Bac +3) in Technical English and also
- Bachelor degree in Translation (Arabic English French).
