Job description
• Responsible for the project of PLC controlled (Allen Bradley, RS Logix 500) New Billet Casting Plant.
• Manpower planning of 15 electricians and one supervisor.
• Material planning for the project.
• Ensure smooth operation and proper maintenance of following equipments.
1. Melting furnace - 30 MT capacity, gas fired, regenerative burner supplied by M/s Thermcon Netherlands.
2. Holding furnace - 30 MT capacity gas fired supplied by Thermcon Netherlands.
3. Casting machine - 24000 TPA Capacity Hot top, Maxi cast, Air slip supplied by Wag Staff USA.
4. Homogenizing furnace - 40MT capacity Gas fired and cooling chamber supplied by M/s Thermcon Netherlands.
5. Billet Cutting Saw, Cooling Tower and other related equipments also
