DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES UNDERTAKEN:
•Constant coordination with clients, sub contractors, inspection agencies, vendors and site supervisors to complete the works in specific time frame.
•Study of project documents and drawing to understand the scope of work.
•Review of vendor drawings and documents
•Planning, scheduling, monitoring & controlling the work to achieve the target within specified time and quality.
•Preparation, Monitoring and Constant coordination with clients for the Engineering clarifications (Technical Queries).
•Familiar with related international codes ASME, ASTM, API & Other industrial standards.
•Ensure the implementation of various quality control procedure and inspection test plan.
•Preparation of cutting plan and fabrication drawings.
•Supervision of fabrication, erection and installation of piping jobs.
•Implement proper procedure in controlling all fabrication and construction process as per the specifications.(Method of statement and ITP)
•Coordination and controlling of manpower, material and equipments for timely completion of project.
•Preparation and Updating of progress reports for piping jobs installation and construction etc. (For client and internal circulation)
•Preparation and Review of Piping Test Packages as per Isometric and P & ID
•Line Checking of Test Packages and initiate punch items, to be cleared by construction Group.
•Preparation for Hydro Test.
•Re-instatement and itemized exemption list to be done for pre-commissioning group.
•Assign in pre-commissioning / commissioning works which includes punch list, air blowing, circulation, leak test, flushing and line up.
•Preparation of ‘As-Built’ Drawings for small-bore pipelines and for site modified pipelines.
