This would focus on, but not be limited to welding engineering, quality assurance, auditing, and inspection (NDE).

Duties and Tasks included but were not limited to:
Inspect before during and after welding, evaluate varies methods of inspection and perform reports and records, monitor and control weld reparse, instruct and train welders on sight, material traceability, check for all fit-up. Projects included: Semian Safair, North Baltim plat-form equipment and installation on-site, UHDE (Alexfert, Sues, Hellwan all NDE required).
Perform WPS and PQR (welding map) for all project held by the branch according to code and specification requirements, order and find the suitable quantity of welding consumables needed for each project, qualify welders, instruct welders thought there Forman and in process inspector. Projects included: UHDE (MOPCO), KBR, PETROFAC (all welding procedure).
Also, established and put in place a process and procedure for single & multi processes, same & different material, special processes (weld deposit overlay for clad material & for corrosion resistance). Once qualified was able to perform internal as well as external audits for multiple branches.
