Civil and Mechanical Quantity Surveying for Petrochemical Complex, Airport, Condominiums, Commercial Buildings, Office Tower, Hotels, Warehouses, Bio-Medical Complex, The Dubai Mall and Ras Laffan Port Expansion Projects.
Quality Control and Assurances on Fabrication and pipe laying of Spiral welded Steel pipes and Fittings, Ductile Iron Pipes, Extruded uPVC Pipes and Fittings, Polyethylene and Polybutelene Tubing, Asbestos Cement Pressure pipes & Couplings, Final pressure and Leakage test of newly laid pipes, Fittings and Tubing for various waterworks projects.
Knowledgeable in Design, Management, Engineering, Supervision and Installation works for Water supply, Sanitary Plumbing and Sewerage, Rainwater Drainage and Pump Discharge, Storm Drainage, Fire Hydrant and Fire Fighting System, Underground Telecommunication Ducting and Gas Piping projects (primarily in The Philippines and Singapore, but also two and a half years in Iran, two years in Malaysia and three years in Dubai with subsequent job in Qatar).
