Got an assignment with Technicas Reunidas (Spain based EPC contractor working in the petro chemical project for Bouroge 1 & 2 projects as sub –contract administrators to work in their project. I was assigned to take care of the following sub –contractors
Punj Lloyd - Complete mechanical package
Arabian International Company – for steel supply
Union pipes industry – for HDPE pipelines.
Attending sub contractors’ weekly meetings and follow up of the Notes of meetings from various departments including integrated project management team (IPMT)
Follow up of certifications and prompt action taken
Arranging for distribution of Minutes of meeting and get it documented.
Follow up of rolling action list.
Preparation of Correspondence log for the sub contractors.
Verification of bills and forward it to the head office through sub-contract and contract Managers for approval.
Raising Field extra work order (FEWO) as per the sub contract requirement and comply the FEWO process.
Liaison between the company and the sub contractors.
