Job Description and Experience Details:-
A. Working as a Senior Plant Operator (Spl.Gr.II) in Operation Department in a ISO-9000/14001/18000 certified group of Utility plants, namely, DM Water Treatment Plant (400 and 500 M3/Hr), Steam Generation Plant (3 * 275 MT/Hr), Captive Power Plants (2*15 MWH), Naphtha Handling Plant (2*800 MT) producing DM Water, Super heated Steam, Electric Power for Urea, Ammonia and others chemicals plants.
This Senior Operator (Spl.Gr.II) position is equals to the position Asst.Plant Manager and drawing same PAY SCALE.
B. Operation of Boilers according to target specified by integrated ISO integrated system i.e.0.862 Mkcl/Mt.of steam produced.(energy consumption.)
Operation of Turbo Generators according to target 2.8 Mtsteam/MWh electricity produced.
Operation of DM Water Plant according to standard consumption of Acid/Alkali.
Operation of equipments by standard operating procedure (Equipments listed at the last)
C. Also involved in Commissioning of Rosemount RS/3 DCS, Honey Well Experian PKS 301.1 DCS systems in Steam Generation plant –RCF Thal; Honey well DCS system was commissioned On Line as there was no shutdown available for common services which is a common part of the plant I was member of the commissioning team.

*Project Execution : New Installation & System Upgradation.
New Naphtha Handling Plant and Accessories & Duel firing Burner system commissioning.
New Electronic Woodward Governing system for Turbo Gnerators.
New Instrument Air Dryer Project with no air purging, Capacity: 1800 NM3/Hr., Supplier: Elgin Equipment Ltd.
Automation of Boiler Feed pumps with SLC-5/04 and commissioning of Electronic Governor system of Woodward. Worked as a part of team for these projects.
Optimization of Steam Generation Plant:
Studying, Checking & Reviewing of all energy consumed area and Optimize the system for energy conservations.
I was member of the project commissioning team.
