Be in overall charge of all Quality Assurance and Quality Surveillance activities associated with the Project Subsea System Work Package and its EPC contractor.
Ensure the implementation of the Project Quality Plan and objectives within the Contractor Quality Control scope of work from FEED, Detailed Engineering, Construction and Installation phase.
Develop and coordinate with the assistance of the Egina QA/QC Manager, the Project overall surveillance management plan for the SPS scope of work to assure compliance by SPS Contractor to the Company Contract and regulations, specifications, standards and code referenced in the Contract.
Coordinate the review and mark-up of Contractor Quality Control / Inspection Plan, Operatives Procedures and Test Documents.
Review and approve the Contractor's audit schedule and Attend Pre-Production/Pre-Inspection Meetings
Participate in Contractor/Supplier/vendor Audits in Norway, UK, Poland, Sweden, Italy, Singapore, Malaysia and USA (30 & counting)
Provide QA/QC expertise and assistance upon specific request, currently managing over twenty seven (27) Quality Personnel working at various locations worldwide
