• Preparation of CAD drawings & Technical documents, Technical guidance and follow-up for all the production / maintenance related activities
• Field Engineering & Upgrade project works inside land area premises (covers two gas plant & five flow stations)
• Flow line / construction workshop regular activities planning & execution
• Co-ordination for new wellhead drilling / existing Wellhead Flow line Service / Maintenance / New Production facilities like ESP / Gas lift / Injector systems installation
• Preparation of CAD drawings for wellhead hook-up / tie-in activities
• Flowline laying supervision from wellhead to the plant
• Non-Destructive testing, Pressure testing of the flow lines
• Precommissioning testing
• Co-Ordination of works between various maintenance departments (Mech. / Elec. / Instrumentation / Flow line)
• Oil / Gas spillage repair, De-bottle necking
• To keep in readiness of all men and materials for job execution
• To ensure safety at work place at all times
• Formatting of maintenance history records, Standard Operating Procedures
• Identification of skill / Job allocation
• Effective execution of Preventive Maintenance
• New project planning & development for Land Area & Swamp Area
• Technical bid evaluation for contracts
• Identification of contractors for respective job execution
• Follow-up of the projects till the completion
• Spares planning, inventory control, reconditioning of spares
