4 Years of experience in designing, planning, scheduling and execution of electrical projects completely related to internal electrification: laying of condutes, laying of wires, fixing of DB’S, cable tray , cable truncking and external electrification i.e. is HT, LT Cable laying, termination of cables, erection testing, commissioning of MV, LV panels, transformers, DG’s, preparation of designing layouts for11/. 433kv Sub-Stations, through knowledge on Auto-Cad designing for all electrical shop drawings along with equipment layout drawings. Preparation of estimation of the projects for tendering, making layout drawings as per site conditions, handling the clients and consultants, get approvals for drawings, materials, electrical works from the clients and consultants for the project, Working experience in high rise towers-24 floors completely related to internal electrification and external electrification in UAE-Dubai in co-ordination with all other services mechanical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, etc.

Electrical Designing, Planning and Management

• Electrical Designing, Planning to monitor on site activities and execution of turnkey projects. Participating in review meetings for evolution of project progress as per integrated management system
• Designing and development of electrical layouts as per site conditions in consultation with head office
• Designing of all electrical drawing of equipments, earthing systems, cable routing of HT, LT cables along with single line drawings and G.I drawings.



Site and Construction Management


• Monitoring all site activities on real time basis to ensure completion of project within time and cost parameters for effective resource deployment to maximize the output.
• Preparation of drawings, planning schedules for project execution ensuring timely completion of project, effective resource management (conventional and expendable resources) in consultation with project manager and head office.
• Liaising with client, consultant, contractors and external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals and obtaining statutory clearances. Timely generation of progress report.
• Revenue generation and collection in co-ordination with project manager
• Reconciliation of materials received at site/store.
• Reconciliation of materials a per drawing and preparation of bill of quantity.
• Co-ordinate with vendors for the procurement of materials for timely completion project
