Handling :
1. Inventory
• Reconciliation of inventory module with GL.
• Organizing year end Stock taking
• Acting as a focal point between stores and finance.
• Reporting on the movements in Stores to management
• Working out provision for obsolete spares.


2. Fixed assets
• Investment Planning
• Fixed Asset Movement
• Reconciliation of Assets module with GL.
• Organizing Fixed Assets Stock taking
• Managing / reviewing Fixed assets additions including major maintenance jobs , depreciation and retirements etc.


3. Funds Management
• Preparing and reviewing cash flow periodically and assisting section head in managing deposits and funds. Collection and payment monitoring.
• Monitoring Drawdown from loan facilities and furnishing required documents


4. LC / LGs
• Maintaining records for LCs and Guarantees.
• Preparing LC /LG / Shipping Guarantee applications including extension, amendments, encashment etc as required.


5. Cash Management module
• Entry/uploading of Bank Statement into this module. Matching them with with AP payments and reconciliation of bank accounts.

6. Internal, External Auditors
• Liaise with the auditors and provide all required information.
• Liaise with Project team/authorities
