Thoroughly familiar with PDO specification, International codes and standards for instrumentation design, construction and testing of facilities and works. Thoroughly familiar with QC Plan (ITP), QA/QC Procedures, Work instructions, Win PCS. Thoroughly familiar with on arrival material inspection. Thoroughly familiar with instrument construction materials and Construction methods. Thoroughly familiar with Installation, Loop checking, Functional checking and commissioning activities of instrumentation system. Thoroughly familiar with electronic and pneumatic equipment including analog and digital control systems, relay based and solid state logic systems, different type of Transmitters (pressure, level, temperature, flow etc.), Valves (Control valves, ESD valves, Choke Valve, HIPPS Valve, Electrically operated valve etc.) and accessories, Flow meters (Electromagnetic, Mass Flow meter, Ultrasonic, Venturi etc.), Fire Gas and smoke detectors, HONEYWEL SDE & DCS Panels and Well Head Control Panel (WILLMAX). Thoroughly familiar with Fiber Optic Cable Installation and Testing (OTDR). Thoroughly familiar with P&ID including IPS, DCS & FCS functional logic diagrams, Instrument engineering data sheet, Instrument location and trench layout drawings, Instrument signal diagrams, Instrument cable & piping installation details, Instrument impulse line/Electro pneumatic hook ups, ICTD, List of alarm and trip settings.
