Having more than 12 years of diversified experience in the field of project construction, commissioning, maintenance and shutdown activities in varies plants such as petrochemicals, fertilizers, refineries, gas plants, power plants and pipelines. It includes basic and detailed engineering knowledge of Plant and Piping systems covering Plot Plan, Plant GAs, P&IDs, Isometric drawings etc. and various engineering specifications, procedures, codes and standards.
Shop and field fabrication of various types of pipes such as CS, LTCS, SS, DSS, MS, GI, Copper Nickel etc….
Fabrication and installation of various types of non metallic pipes such as GRE, GRP,RTRP and various jointing methods like Adhesive bond joint, Lamination joint, Rubber seal joint, Mechanical coupler etc..
Installation of Above ground piping, valves, fittings, supports, anchors and all structural works associated with piping works.
Installation of Underground piping, trench preparation, compaction, thrust block installation, gravity testing, hydro testing, backfilling and all works associated with underground piping works.
Field alignment, hydraulic bolt tensioning, torquing, welding and NDT for piping as well as supports.
Cleaning, flushing, blowing, pneumatic, gravity and hydrostatic testing.
Painting, coating and isolation procedures..
Pre commissioning and commissioning.
Turnaround, maintenance, Dismantling and shutdown activities of existing facilities..
Maintenance and alignment of rotating and static equipments like Pumps, Turbine, Compressors, Vessels, Tanks etc…,
Tie-in of new systems to existing facilities.

A self motivated and hard working Mechanical Engineering Diploma holder, with experience of all aspects of fabrication, erection and commissioning of Plant or Facilities of Works. Able to use own initiative and work as part of a team, proven skills including, managing, and motivating other staff to achieve company objectives. An effective communicator at all level within organization with good problem solving and analytical skills.
