Supplied to clients Management, Staff, Technicians, Operators, Skilled/Unskilled labours to Middle East clients based in UAE, GCC, North Africa and Brunei.
Fully involved in Recruitment Procedure as well as Business Development.

Joined Tamas Projects, Abu Dhabi (www.tamaspro.com) as a Recruitment Specialist (In-charge of internal recruitment).

Tamas Projects is a leading Contracting / Construction company based in Abu Dhabi and doing projects in various locations of UAE.

Most of the projects are Sewerage, Drainage, Water, Water & Gas Pipeline, Oil & Gas, Industrial and Infrastructure. Present workforce in the company is approx. 2000.

Responsibilities involves to sourcing, short-listing, interviewing the new staff, workforce allotment as well as other recruitment and HR activities.

Coordinating with job portals, newspapers with regards to publishing ad as well as coordinating with Recruitment Agencies in different countries with regards to manpower supply, interview and deployment of selected manpower.

Responsible for Manpower Allocation to different sites and full utilization of manpower & machineries. Coordination with Site Administrators with regards to relocation of manpower to different sites as per site requirement. And various other Recruitment / HR related responsibilities.
