JOB Pertamina – Halliburton is a joint venture between two big companies, which was established in September 1997. The head office is located in Jakarta and the site is in Palembang, South Sumatera. The company has approximately 125 employees, which includes 13 employees in Accounting and Finance Department. As a Senior Accountant, Budget Supervisor and Cost Controller in this company, I am currently supervising 6 staff.

Primary Function :
To control any costs related to JOB P-HEDI operations and make sure that all costs have been budgeted

Main Duties :
• Responsible to prepare and analyse monthly actual expenditure vs. Budget/Forecast report and explain any variances. The report is to be submitted to Finance Manager.
• Responsible to prepare Pertamina Financial Report (Schedule 01 – Schedule 17) for submission to PERTAMINA – EP (Oil State Company) as required.
• Responsible to prepare Monthly, Quarterly, Semi Annual and Annual Report (Budget vs. Actual).
• Reviewing Balance Sheet reconciliation and responsible to prepare journal adjustment accounts to be submitted Finance Manager.
• Responsible to prepare in liaison with the JOB Engineers an analysis of the AFE (Authorization for Expenditure) Budget Status Report and explain any variances to management.
• Responsible for co-ordination and preparation of annual WP&B, amendments and Budget vs. Realization supplemental data for TCM presentations as required.
