During the year, 2001-2002 is elected member of the Students Union, responsible for the Students service Office.
I April 2002 is elected the student’s union representative in the Pedagogic Counsel of the Engineering Faculty.
In June 2002 is elected Vice-President of the Faculty’s student Union responsible for the Student’s Services.
In January 2003 is nominated member of the Comissão de Acompanhamento da licenciatura de Engenharia Civil (Pedagogic Accompanying Committee for the Civil Engineering Undergraduate Program).
In June 2003 is elected member of the Assembleia de Representantes da Faculdade de Engenharia (Faculty’s representative Assembly).
In October 2004 is elected President of the Associação de Kendo do Porto.
In October 2005 is elected President for the Fiscal Counsel of the Portuguese Kendo Association (APK)
