In the future I do see myself in the top management and company’s development side. I would like to specialize in organizations structure and expansion, not only taking a part in organizations unique corporative identity creation.

My core experiences are in project and companies developments, structural management, project mng., International trade and investment consulting. With my personal growth I have great experience in HR mng., and motivation. I have international market expierance.
In last 48 month time since I been concentrating on investment market mostly in Latvia I have created good working habits and developed a lot of valuable contacts witch helps me to bring high performance for my clients/employers on day to day basis. I have created my own way of working in this field which gives me more chances to achieve the goals I've set. I helped in finding good investment projects for several foreign investors in total ~ EUR 45 million. As well as I got involved in real day to day project development part, facing everyday difficulties and finding solutions for some very difficult problems, creating good environment and result achieving attitude.
