Mechanical Engineer / Technician

1) Worked as a Mechanical Technician with M/S. Bluestar Ltd, Calicut, Kerala, India from 2003 to 2005
Responsibilities: Fixing & maintenances such as erection, installing, electrical and commissioning of all types of units. Checking and troubleshoot all Mechanical and electrical works in mechanical devices. Welding procedure qualification and welder test: Witness the qualification of the welding procedure, welder test & preparation of Documents. Preparing daily progress report

2) Worked and got training as NDT Technician from PK Steels, Calicut, India
Responsibilities: Material Inspection: Inspection for the incoming materials such as pipe, plates, pipefitting, structural electrodes and wires, to check the identification marks, correlation with test certificates, Dimension, Quantity, Damages and mark the check test specimen, witness the check list.
Interpretation of other NDT: Inspection of MPI & UT as applicable in the drawing and client specification

3) Worked as Technical Coordinator with M/S. Al-faqih, Republic of Yemen from 2005 to 2007.
Responsibilities: Resource & mobilize equipments, personnel, project materials & consumables to site. Monitor & supervise all aspects of installation works and clarify technical issues. Preparing daily progress report
Additional: All type of Administration jobs, Documentation, International correspondence, Bank correspondence mainly related to Letter of credit.
