Assoc. Cost Specialist - Responsible for the consolidation, verification, data entry, summary and preparation of reports of the equipment and man-hour timesheets of the ubcontractors, populating and printing out reports as deemed necessary by the Project Controls and Subcontracts Departments; checking and verification of timesheet codes; cost coding of the following: (1) Rotation Leave Accrual Entitlement (2) R&R/Cash-In-Lieu Authorization for Payment (3) Travel Invoices (4) Courier Services Documents; checking and validating Purchase Orders and Subcontracts; keeping the Requisition/Subcontract file up-to-date; provides support to the Scheduling Group (SPO and HSO) by providing varied Cost Reports, secretarial and other administrative assistance as needed; provides support both to Cost and Scheduling Group in the preparation of Monthly Report; coordinate with the people involved regarding updates and progress on Schedule Analysis; provides assistance to Cost Specialists in validating and processing Invoices as needs arises; provides assistance to Change Management activities as needs arises; maintaining different Logs up-todate in its proper subdirectories (RIO/PCO PO and Subcontract Log, Invoice Log,RIO Master Log); updating and maintaining the BIA Daily Report Log

Secretary to the Operations Manager – It is the responsibility of this position to assist the Operation Manager in the overall function of the Operation Department.
The purpose of this position is to provide the highest level of support and
cooperation in creating, organizing and tracking of documents for the department. The responsibility of this position includes producing and distribution of documents,recording meeting minutes, creating and organizing a comprehensive document filing system and other assignments as deemed by the Operations Manager. It is the goal of the position to bring stability and organization to the Operation Team while enhancing communication throughout the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Over-all division secretarial responsibility
• Composing, typing, filing and distributing all Operation Manager’s
correspondence
• Organizing and controlling all inter-company executive correspondence
including preparation and presentation of Daily Signature Book for the
Operations Manager


Eductation

Graduated with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Marketing from the University of the East, Manila in the year 1996
