Asset Manager accountable for leading and delivering Best in Class safety, production, and transportation cost performance for the Azerbaijan export pipelines.
The asset structure consists of three export oil pipelines (BTC, WREP and NREP) and one gas pipeline (SCP) along with a five pump stations, 27 complex BVS. The organization size is expected to be 230 people in 2007.Managing OPEX budget about $50MM and CAPEX about $20MM.

Ensure that team performance KPI’s and targets are met both in quantity and quality.

Completed Azerbaijan University of Oil and Chemistry with Honour in August 1986 (Reservoir/Process Engineer M.S.) and post graduated in same University in September 1991 (Off-shore Oil Field Development).
