Responsible for :
Implementing the QA/QC activities within the project & co ordination of the Project Control activities implementation.
Inspection of raw materials, fit up , dimensions, welding , NDT & painting.
Reviewing the vendor documents related to the project & ensuring compliance with the contractual requirements.
Providing progress feedback to the Quality Manager regarding contractual issues relating to Quality & Expediting during the Project execution stage through Weekly Inspection, Expediting & Project progress summary.
Coordinate with contract suppliers or sub-suppliers on required delivery dates.

JOB PROFILE: Co ordination of in-service and turnarounds Inspection related activities in the Refinery.
Duties:
Inspection & review of Visual & Non Destructive Tests as per the applicable codes.
Conduct health & condition monitoring of all types of live stationary equipments using hands on experience with various NDT techniques such as Infrared Thermo graphy, Corrosion Monitoring, Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing, & Eddy Current Tests.
Be responsible for data management and the organization of inspection reports
Managing the NDT Technician Teams & NDT laboratory activities.
