Job Scope:

• Troubleshoot process upset and bring back the plant to normal condition
• Operate the PP plant within the budgeted on stream factor and plant
availability in a safe manner.
• Execute and control plant startup and shutdown activities in order to meet
the schedule and procedures.
• Monitor and control the quality within specification and minimize off grade
• Produce polypropylene as per the budgeted quantity and unit consumption.
• Conduct on the job training to subordinates to enhance their technical capabilities and skills.
• Implement HSE rules and regulations in order to achieve company HSE standard.
• Lead a QWG group to study a possibility to reduce cost and minimize off grade.


2000 to 2005
DCS Console Operator

• Instruct the field operator to make necessary adjustment in order to bring the operating parameter back to its normal conditions.
• Monitor and controls the nits and makes corrective adjustment from the control room independently when parameter are offset from operating margin.
• Taking part in emergency exercises and fire fighting training.

1992 to 2000
Process Technician

• Commissioning, start up, shutdown and emergency activities in accordance with set of procedures of instructions.
• Preparatory work in the field and inside for issuance of Work Permits.
• Operational troubleshooting to prevent occurrences of potential upsets.
• Fully involved in Pre Commissioning, Commissioning and plan start up under guidance of TOYO ENGINEERING CORP as commissioning contractor.
