• Ensure all purchase orders are prepared in accordance with approved Request for Materials
• Obtain competitive prices from approved vendors
• Ensure all required materials are obtained on time to meet work order schedule of delivery to client
• Ensure the materials are supplied with material test certificate / certificates of conformity, when required.
• Monitor/follow-up deliveries of materials to ensure completion of work orders are met
• Liaise with Quality Assurance Department for material with 'Non-Conformity Report' and take immediate action to resolve the problem
• Check and reconcile vendors' invoices against purchase orders prior to obtaining payment approval
• Ensure that purchase orders against work orders are all accounted for end of month job costing
• Maintain the established filing system and ensure all documentation are met in accordance with QA procedures
• Maintain good business relationship with overseas supplies
• Posting of all invoices and pre-payment requests
• Supervising issuing orders and review
• Follow up and secure arrival material and components what ever in good state.
• Can manager and negotiating prices according to the commodity nature.
• Can dominate on and organize working teem of people who accomplish this work
