Marine Engineer- in gas and oil fields

I am a class 2 marine engineer looking for a placement in oil and gas fields (on shore or off shore)

I obtained my Marine Engineering Qualifications in year1972 and 1989. I gained my practical experience at different levels. Sailed on board vessels in different capacities as engineer. (Total sea time is more than 11 years, within 1978 to 2008) (Served in six shipping companies) I gained my position standard up to the Chief Engineers level. In my last company additional to my rank as Chief Engineer I performed as a Technical Manager (marine) for Pacific New Guinea Lines for a period of three years. That would be an added qualification for my position.

passed GCE(OL) in science subjects

1b) STCW No. ER 00074
Limitations: a)Second Engineer with the vessel of any kilowatte
in unlimited trade.
b)Chief Engineer with the vessel of less than 3,000 kilowatts.

Gained my special experience while I was a Technical Manager as below:
1) Docking and undocking of vessels
2) Structures and steel fabrication of ship hull
3) Maintenance and overhauling of deck and E/R machineries
4) Sand blasting and painting
5) Improvements and modifications of different sections of the vessels to meet the classifications.
