My functional responsibilities are:
· Engineering, Procurement and Construction for the New projects, Conversion and retubing projects.
· Liaise with client at the pre budget consultation for the confirmation of specification of equipments and capacity to supply.
· Procurement decision makings in line with price and delivery terms with suppliers.
· Conversion of Materials with the available resources.
· Scheduling the projects and decision making on the manpower and subcontracts.
· Cost estimation and control at the execution of the projects.
· Quality management by fulfilling the quality requirements like MOM/Class documentations, reg verification, testing and ITP. Quality plan, WPC. PQR & WQR. Complete coordination for quality assurance.
· Liaise extensively with engineering section, planning, other government agencies and site supervision section on the quality of the engineering materials specification and methods of application.
· Act as advisor and consultant on the disputed material quality matters on projects.
· Evaluates employees performance, recommends personnel actions, and participates in training and development of staff.
