Job Responsibility During Erection & Commissioning Activities

„X Dealing and coordination with other departments and contractors.
„X Participate in FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) to ensure equipment complies with project requirements and international standards prior to delivery at site.
„X Conduct SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of controls and instrumentation on packaged equipment.
„X Site Inspection / Supervision
„X Installation / Startup commissioning & maintenance.
„X Monitoring of the installation of field instruments with relevant Hook-ups, weight/Leak test for Impulse lines, Multi-core cable laying and termination.
„X Instruments calibration & signal loop checking ,testing and calibration of gauges, Smart transmitters, switches, indicators, control valves, and shutdown / blow-down valves.on running plant.
„X Testing, Calibration and Refurbishment of PSV¡¦s.
„X Testing of Fire and gas detection system which include smart Fire and Gas Detectors and Line of Sight Gas Detectors.
„X Trouble shouting ESD (Emergency Shutdown) system with Cause and Effect Matrix .
„X System. function Test checking.
„X Loop Testing of Process area and well head instrument Oil/Gas Producing wells, Remote & Central Controlling Stations, Gas Turbines.
„X Well Head Safety Controls, Fire Detection, Toxic Gas Leak Detectors
„X Use different Calibration Instruments tools Ametek , Jofra Calibrators / Hart communicator 375.
„X Solar Power System powering well head Instrumentation.
„X Self Regulated Battery, Charging Controllers .
„X Impressed Current Cathodic Protection System for Xmas tree & Flow lines.
„X Corrosion Inhibitor Injection system into down hole, Annulus & flow lines
„X Remote System Control & Status Indication through SCADA .
