? Project and maintenance manager for FPSO (280000 bbl/d), plan and supervise all activities necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance, major maintenance, overhauls in the disciplines of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation & control, system,
? Maintenance Engineering Expertise for preventive maintenance plan, spare parts management and inspection plan, as well as maintenance co-ordination and planning,
? Preparation & Management of technical shutdown in refinery plant, chemical & petro-chemical site,
? Training skills in this discipline as well as transfer of competency overall management,
? High understanding of Oil & Gas requirements and expectations in term of safety, optimization and overall plant reliability as well as production losses reductions,
? Conduct reliability studies and define a maintainability strategy in order to develop new maintenance practices in line with the new maintenance approach,
? Develop and implement a maintenance optimization using the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) with the maintenance plan considering the risks, based on the consequences of failures,
? Use CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) data and carryout FMECA (Failure Mode, Effects and Criticality Analysis), and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for critical equipment,
? Develop RAM (Reliability Availability Models) , and other reliability study,
? Maintenance economical analysis (LCC: Life Cycle Cost) to improve maintenance performances and/or highlight middle and long term economical consequences resulting from operation and/or maintenance done on the equipment.
