Chemical Engineer – HDPE Project
From Aug -2007 working with Yanbu National Petrochemical Co. (Yansab).
Yansab is new affiliate of SABIC.
HDPE Plant : 400 KTA
Main Responsibility & Achievement:
•Operator Training Simulator Development: As a key member (owner of package) developed OTS for HDPE plant with YOKOGAWA Engineering Asia Pte Ltd. – Singapore.
•Participate in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of HDPE - Operator Training Simulator (OTS) from 14th July 2008 to 02nd Aug 2008 (03 Week) at Yokogawa Engineering Asia Pvt. Ltd. (YEA) –Singapore And Site Acceptance at Yansab-KSA.
•Currently working on Site Acceptance Test (SAT) HDPE plant.
•Commissioning & Start up: Prepare, Develop & Review Check list, Test Sheet & Procedures for Pre Commissioning, Commissioning.
•Working as System Owner (Cooling Water & Fire System) for Pre Commissioning , Commissioning & Turn Over of plant ( system wise) also site 3D Model Review
•Working for Operation readiness: SOP Preparation, ISO and GMP documentation. Verified all SOPs with OTS system. Implement HAZOP recommendation in SOPs. Tested and verified all loop & interlocks with OTS
•Review of PID, Interlocks, Cause & Effect Diagram and Vendor Documents AND Tie In
•Work on Job Qualification Program (JQP) from conceptualization stage to execution to identify and trained panel & field operators for plant commissioning & Start up. – JQP under execution to manage loaded in intranet (software provided by TTG Systems Incorporated Canada. Also participate in this transaction)
•Co-ordinate to Vendor (of Package Items) for Site & Off Site Training
•As a Team Leader (with group of 22 members) attend the Licensor Training (Basell Polyolefin now LyondellBasell Industries) at Ipiranga Petroquímica located in the Petrochemical Complex of Triunfo - RS – Brazil for 06 weeks
•Familiar and experience with Shell Global Solutions methodologies like best practices, flawless start up, RRM, WEFS.
•Participate in Shell Global Solutions-Risk Reliability Management (RRM) study for HDPE plant as team member from operation.
